Eric Singleton is an enterprise technology executive and inventor with a track record of leading large-scale digital transformation at global brands including Raytheon, Honeywell, Tommy Hilfiger, Chico’s FAS, & AOL.
Throughout his career, he has architected and scaled complex technology platforms spanning omnichannel commerce, supply chain automation, and enterprise cloud infrastructure — driving measurable growth across retail, aerospace, and consumer industries.
Eric is the founder and principal architect behind StraxAR™, the patented AR + AI platform powering Strax Networks, building intelligent infrastructure that transforms physical environments into measurable digital experiences.
He holds degrees in Computer Science, Business, and Psychology.
Alan Mariotti
Founder / CSO
Alan Mariotti is a senior cybersecurity and enterprise technology executive with extensive experience leading security, cloud architecture, and risk governance initiatives across aerospace, manufacturing, automotive, fashion, and public-sector organizations.
He has architected enterprise cybersecurity frameworks, multi-cloud strategies, and risk management programs within highly regulated and mission-critical environments. His leadership strengthens operational resilience while aligning technology governance with long-term business objectives.
Alan holds advanced certifications including CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CEH, CCSK, and ITIL.
At Strax, he oversees secure platform architecture, compliance strategy, and enterprise-grade infrastructure resilience supporting global deployment.
Dr. Mingu Lee
Director
Dr. Mingu Lee is Managing Partner at Cleveland Avenue Technology Investments, where he leads the CA Tech Fund, investing in disruptive technologies including AI, digital experience, and robotics across lifestyle-driven industries. He serves on multiple corporate boards and advises growth-stage technology ventures on scaling, strategy, and enterprise expansion.
Previously, Dr. Lee held senior executive leadership roles at Samsung SDS America and Lockheed Martin, overseeing complex enterprise technology initiatives and global systems programs.
He holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Irwin Sternberg

Sternberg is a recipient of Entrepreneur of the Year honors from Ernst & Young and the University of Baltimore, and has been recognized for his philanthropic leadership by The National Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
At Strax, he provides strategic guidance on brand development, consumer engagement, and global retail positioning.
Frank Thomas
